HAPPINESS, HEALTH, AND HYPNOTHERAPY

A very wise man once told me there are 3 simple keys to obtaining happiness.
1. Something to do.
2. Someone to love.
3. Something to hope for.

Now, this would appear to be a very simple recipe to achieve that elusive thing we call happiness. However, are we doing something we love to do or just going thru the motions? Perhaps now is the time to turn your direction to that passion long forgot. What is holding you back from this pursuit? Do you need more motivation or confidence to progress?

Someone to love. How are your relationships with friends, family, and significant others? Do you have a lot of guilt or feelings of unresolved issues with those people nearest and dearest to you? Have you been able to move forward from relationships with an open heart which would allow new loves in? Are you beliefs that if you were hurt in the past that all of your future relationships will go the same negative way?

Something to hope for. That goal or vision of that one special thing keeps you moving forward past obstacles and difficulties. This is especially true if you are battling poor health. Our beliefs are our biology. When you have a sense of hopelessness or distress
your immune system begins to break down. Now don’t use this as another way to beat yourself up or feel guilt if there is an onset of poor health. I would never suggest that someone has brought on their disease. But, be aware that life is not a fairy tale life where there are never any difficulties or overwhelming challenges. There will always be the highs and lows in all of our lives. Regardless of the diagnosis you still have the ability to choose to live each day to it’s fullest. Remember, often it is the intention, not the outcome, that truly determines if it should be considered successful. Regardless of the ultimate outcome, the purpose is to focus on healing and putting back into your life what makes you whole again. This focused intention gives your back a sense of empowerment in your life. Curing is up to your medical practitioners; healing is your part in recovery.

Hypnotherapy is a proven tool to reduce stress; gain the ability to re-focus your mind on a positive path; increase confidence; improve your ability to maintain healthy relationships; reduce pain (under medical referral); and discover what you need to become whole once again.
