Do you find that you are unable to stop your mind from worry? Constantly worrying is a mental and physical drain on your mind and body. Continued worry for most has become a habit and behavior. Hypnotherapy is a fast, rapid, and drug free method to gain control back and amend that negative habit and behavior.
A wise man once told me that worry is a lack of faith. I don't want to touch on a person's views of religion but faith can have an even broader meaning than your personal faith. Faith by definition in the dictionary is "complete trust or confidence", "loyalty", and the term faithful by definition in the dictionary is "accurate, reliable". When you worry most of your thoughts are not accurate or reliable. 99% of the things that we worry about ar the "what ifs" and "maybes" that seem to lurk in our minds. Now we all are dealing with real issues in today's economy and security, however, once the habit of worry begins to be established it tends to overtake our sense of accurate and reliable. A term I like to use with my clients is "fact based thoughts". Deal with real issues not the ones that MAY happen next week or next month. Worry can lead to excessive stress, health issues, and a sense or inability to take action and move forward.
